Meet Our Team

Dr. Emily Bell PT, DPT

Pelvic Health Specialist

I was born and raised in Palm Coast, Florida, where I spent much of my childhood doing gymnastics, visiting Flagler Beach, and enjoying time with family and friends. I began my college journey at Gustavus Adolphus College, competing on their gymnastics team during my freshman year before transferring to the University of South Florida. There, I earned my Bachelor of Health Science degree. I then continued my education at the University of Florida, graduating with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2023.

As a former gymnast, I experienced stress urinary incontinence, which progressed to urge urinary incontinence during my undergraduate years and worsened throughout graduate school. It was during physical therapy school that I discovered these symptoms could be effectively treated through specialized physical therapy. This realization sparked my passion for pelvic health and opened my eyes to how many women silently suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction. What excites me most is that there is a solution—and it’s my mission to empower women, ensure they feel heard, and help them reclaim the quality of life they deserve. I find so much joy in celebrating every milestone, big and small, with my patients, and nothing makes me happier than seeing them achieve their goals.

After completing my doctorate, I pursued specialized training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, earning my Level 1 Pelvic Function Certification. I am committed to continuing my education and look forward to expanding my expertise in pelvic health.

Outside of work, I love exploring new restaurants, hiking, camping, and attending concerts. I’m also a proud cat mom to the sweetest little angel, Darla. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll often find me indulging in my guilty pleasure: watching The Bachelor—especially Bachelor in Paradise!
