Five-Session Birth Prep Series
Our expecting parents love this series! It’s our most popular option and exactly what you’re looking for. These five sessions are spread out over a few weeks or months, starting as early as your second trimester. You’ll learn practical skills and hands-on strategies in a relaxed, step-by-step way so nothing feels rushed.
The final session is scheduled postpartum within the first 6 weeks after birth to check in, maximize recovery, and prevent problems before they arise.

Single Birth Prep Session
This option is perfect if you’re further along in your pregnancy (week 34 or beyond) and need focused, practical tips in one sitting. This session covers our top pushing strategies, comfort techniques, and key exercises so you can feel more prepared, even if sweet baby is due soon.
Partners and Support Persons Welcome
Many of our expecting parents enjoy attending our birth prep sessions together, as they each learn practical, hands-on ways to prepare for labor & delivery and enjoy a smooth postpartum recovery. We pride ourselves on providing a space that is warm, welcoming, and focused entirely on helping each person achieve their goals.
